NOTICE OF

HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF

LITTLE VALLEY FOR THE YEAR 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Little Valley,

Cattaraugus County, New York for the fiscal year beginning January 1st, 2026

has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of said Town, where it is

available by any interested person at all reasonable hours.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of said Town of Little Valley will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing there on for the year 2026 at 4:45 o’clock P.M. on the 14th day of October, 2025 and at

such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the

preliminary budget as compiled, for or against any item or items therein

contained.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the own Board will hold their regular meeting following the Public Hearing to adopt the 2026 Budget. The meeting will be held at the Town Hall offices at 201 Third Street, Little Valley, NY 14755.

AND FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN per Section 113 of the Town

Law that the

following are the proposed yearly salaries of the Town Officials:

Supervisor $ 5,000.00

Justice of the Peace 6,500.00

Councilman (4) 8,001.00

Supt. of Highways 62,000.00

Town Clerk 44,000.00
