PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget of the Town of Hinsdale, New York for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, 4129 Route 16N, Hinsdale, NY where it is available for inspection by any interested person(s}. It is also available on our website www.hinsdaleny.org.

Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Hinsdale will meet and review said budget and hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 4129 Route 16N at 7:00 pm on the 10th day of November 2025. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item or items therein contained.

Pursuant to Section 113 of the Town Law the proposed salaries of the following elected officials are hereby specified:

Supervisor $ 9,000.00

Town Clerk $11,025.00

Tax Collector $ 3,560.00

Highway Superintendent $57,900.00

Town Council 3 @ $ 2,275.00 each

Town Councilman/ Deputy Supervisor $2,875.00

Town Justice $13,000.00
