PRELIMINARY BUDGET FILING AND PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary 2026 Town Budget of the Town of Franklinville has been completed and filed in the

Office of the Town Clerk, located at 11 Park Square, Franklinville, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested persons during regular

office hours.

Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Franklinville will review said Preliminary Budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Town Hall, 11 Park Square, Franklinville, N.Y. at 7:01 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

The salaries of the elected Town

Officers are as

follows:

Supervisor $10,070.00;

Councilman (4) $3,300.00 each;

Justice I $9,896.00;

Justice II $9,180.00;

Town Clerk $30,337.00;
