Cemetery Lawn Mowing and

Maintenance

1) General Lawn Maintenance at the

Limestone Cemetery located on Rt 219 in Limestone, NY. Limb and debris cleanup to be completed as needed. Mowing and weed trimming around headstones to be done on a weekly basis, with at least one mowing and trimming to take place prior to Memorial Day.

2) General Contract

Conditions—All Services:

a. All successful bidders, before a contract is awarded and during contract period, shall provide Town Clerk with evidence and file same with Town Clerk, and satisfactory to Town Board, existence of valid business certificate,

liability insurance naming the Town of Carrollton as additional insured, and workers compensation and statutory disability insurance. Notice of default or lapse of any insurance will be a cause for termination without notice under any contract.

b. Upon successful bid, contract will be prepared and shall be in form acceptable to Town Board before execution.

c. Term of Contract is May 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. Contract will be awarded on an

annual cost basis; cost per occurrence will not be accepted. Payment for services will be paid on a monthly basis. The contractor will submit an

invoice at the end of each month for payment of

services.

d. Any subcontracting must be approved by the Town of Carrollton Board with all subcontractors having a valid business certificate and insurances as listed #a above.

e. The Town of Carrollton reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
