LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING ON 2026 BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE propose Budget of the Town of Carrollton Joint Fire District,

State of New York for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and filed at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Carrollton at the Municipal Complex Building at 640 Main St., Limestone NY 14753. Any persons interested may inspect the proposed budget during normal business hours Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or by appointment with the Fire District Secretary.

A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Town of Carrollton Municipal Complex Building, 640 Main St, Limestone, NY. The regular monthly meeting will be held directly after the public hearing.
