COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL

AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Assessor of the Town of

Angelica, County of Allegany, has

completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof has been left with Pamela L. Cockle, Town Clerk, at the Town Hall located at 49 Park Circle,

Angelica, New York 14709, where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until June 4, 2026.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that on June 4, 2026, the Board of Assessment Review of said Town will meet at the

Angelica Grange between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. to hear and examine all complaints in relation to such assessments, upon the application of any person believing themselves

aggrieved thereby.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that prior to the aforementioned date, the Assessor will be in attendance with the Assessment Roll at 15 Water Street, Cuba, New York 14727, to hear and file any complaints in relation to said Assessment Roll.
