COLLECTORS NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes, in and for the Town of Genesee, County of Allegany, State of New York, have received the warrant for the collection of taxes of the said Town for the year 2026. Taxes can be paid in person at the Genesee Town Hall, 8296 Main Street, Little Genesee, NY during normal hours on Tuesday & Wednesday, 9 am to 4 pm and Thursday from 12 Noon to 6 pm. They can also be mailed to the Town of Genesee, PO Box 40, Little Genesee, NY 14754. Taxes are payable without penalty on or before January 31, 2026. On all taxes collected after such date, there shall be added interest of 1% each month until the return of unpaid taxes is made to Allegany County on April 1, 2026. Dated at Little Genesee, NY the 6th day of January 2026.
