EVALUATION OF SANITARY

The City of Olean is requesting bid

proposals from qualified professional engineering firms with specific expertise in the area of closed-

circuit television (CCTV) video

inspection of

municipal sanitary

sewer collection systems for the evaluation of

sanitary sewers for the purpose of inflow and infiltration source identification and mitigation

A pre-proposal

conference is scheduled on 22 May 2026 at 10:00 am in room 211 of the Olean Municipal Building, 101 East State Street, Olean, NY.

Questions concerning the Request for Proposal, bid

specifications and requests for clarification must be

received by 5:00 pm on 2 June 2026. Such questions and requests may be addressed to James P. Sprague, P.E., Director of Public Works at

Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm on 8 June 2026 at Room 211, Olean Municipal Building, 101 East State Street, Olean, NY 14760.

Proposals must be

submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form. All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked:
