REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR

PROFESSIONAL AUDITING

SERVICES

The Board of Education of the Olean City School District, Olean, New York, hereby invites the submission of sealed dollar cost proposals for professional auditing services. Proposals are being solicited for auditing services related to the District’s accounting records for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2026 through

June 30, 2030.

Proposals will be received until 3:00 P.M. on April 1, 2026, at the office of the School

District Clerk of the Board of Education, 410 West Sullivan Street, Olean, New York 14760.

Specifications may be obtained in the Business Office of the Board of Education, 410 West Sullivan Street, Olean, New York 14760, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. or on the district’s website at www.oleanschools.org. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in or reject in whole or in part all proposal or to accept any proposal which in its judgment is in the best interest of the school district.

Proposals should be sealed and plainly marked: “Proposal for Professional Auditing Services”.
