Public Notice:
The Town of Wellsville is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Deputy Town Clerk. This position requires strong organizational skills and experience in modern office practices, including filing systems and record-keeping.
Key
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain accurate filing systems and records.
· Proficiently utilize standard office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), to create and manage documents.
· Communicate effectively with the public, officials, and staff through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Handle detailed work with a high degree of accuracy, particularly concerning legal and official documents.
· Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment, especially when performing the Town Clerk's duties in their
absence.

Qualifications:
· MUST BE A TOWN OF
WELLSVILLE RESIDENT
· Strong organizational skills and experience with office practices.
· Excellent communication ability.
· Attention to detail, specifically in legal documentation.
· Ability to work autonomously and make decisions as needed.
Wage: $15.50 -$17.00 depending experience
Hours: 35 hours a week.
