PUBLIC NOTICE: The Town of Olean will hold a Planning Board Public

Hearing on

Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 9:00am at the Town of Olean Fire Hall, 1297 Old Rock City Road, Olean, NY to review and make recommendations on the completed application regarding the installation of Solar Energy Facilities to be located at SBL #: 94.002-1-48.1, 2110 Dugan Road in the Town of Olean. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Clerk’s office and available for inspection Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. All interested persons will be given an

opportunity to be heard in person or by directing comments in writing to the Town of Olean Planning Board, 2634 Route 16N, Olean, NY 14760, or via email to TownofOleanClerk
