PUBLIC NOTICE

The Clarksville Fire District will hold their annual fire

district elections on December 9, 2025 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the

Clarksville Fire Hall, 8854 County Road 40, West

Clarksville, New York 14786 for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a 5 year term. To be eligible to vote in the

December 9, 2025 election, you must be registered with the Allegany County Board of Elections no later than November 17, 2025. Anyone wishing to be a candidate for this election must file their letter of intent to run for office with the District Secretary at 2539 Route 305, Cuba, New York, no later than November 19, 2025.
