PUBLIC NOTICE

The Allegany Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 28, 2025 at 7:05pm in the Board Room at Town Hall, 52 W. Main St. on the preliminary budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026.

A copy of the budget is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, Allegany, NY during regular

business hours. Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. The preliminary budget calls for the following elected officials’ salaries:

Town Board

Members (4) $27,000

Town Justice $24,496

Town Supervisor $30,000

Town Clerk $45,437

Town Highway

Superintendent $65,476
