PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE TOWN OF BELFAST

The Town of

Belfast will hold a series of Public Hearings beginning at 6pm on Monday, October 20, 2025. The meetings will be held at the

Municipal Building,

13 Merton Ave.

Belfast NY.

The 6pm meeting will be in reference to the new proposed ATV law for the Town. At 6:15 a second public hearing will be held to discuss the Wind Law. A third meeting will take place at 6:30 to discuss the proposed increase in the water rates for the Belfast Water District. Finally, at 6:45 a public hearing to adopt Local Law 3-2025, overriding the 2% tax cap.
