FAIR HOUSING

PUBLIC MEETING

Please take notice that pursuant to Fair Housing Law, a public meeting will be held on April 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building. The meeting facility is handicapped accessible.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with information on Fair Housing. The City encourages public attendance, comment and

participation in the meeting. Notice is hereby given that the City is reaffirming its commitment to furthering fair housing. The Federal Fair Housing Law, as well as the Laws of New York State prohibits

discrimination from any property owner, landlord, property manager or other person in relation to the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions,

because of, but are not limited to race, color, religion, sex, familial status,

national origin, and disability.
