PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE The Allegany Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the conference room at the Allegany Town Hall, 52 West Main Street to discuss Local Law 1 of 2026 – Adoption of 2025 Building Code of New York State. The Law is available for viewing in the Town Clerk’s Office.
