PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE The Allegany Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the conference room at the Allegany Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, Allegany, New York. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the enactment of a local law regulating the use of engine brakes in the Town of Allegany. The proposed law is available for viewing in the Town Clerk's office.
