BIDDERS

The Board of Education of the Sole Supervisory

District of the Cattaraugus, Allegany, Erie, and Wyoming

counties, popularly known as the Cattaraugus/Allegany Board of Cooperative Educational Services, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of

sealed bids for:

“Driveway

Sealing”

This is a cooperative bid involving several of our component school districts. Participating Districts include

Allegany-

Limestone,

Andover, Belfast,

Ellicottville,

Cattaraugus-

Allegany BOCES, Franklinville, Friendship,

Hinsdale, Olean and Pioneer Central School District.

Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., February 12, 2026, at the Cattaraugus/

Allegany BOCES’, 1825 Windfall

Road, Olean, NY 14760 and online at BidNetDirect.com. The bids will be publicly opened via a Zoom meeting

and in-person on February 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., see bid documents for details. Specifications and bid forms

may be obtained from the Internet on the website www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/cattaraugus-allegany-boces.

Bids remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept a bid which, in the board of Education’s judgement, is in the best interest of the school district. The Board reserves the right to award in whole or in part.
