NOTICE TO

BIDDERS

The Board of Education of the Sole Supervisory District of the Cattaraugus, Allegany, Erie, and Wyoming counties, popularly known as the Cattaraugus/Allegany Board of Cooperative Educational Services, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for:

“911 Simulator”

Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., November 19, 2025, at the Cattaraugus/Allegany BOCES’, 1825 Windfall Road, Olean, NY 14760 and online at BidNetDirect.com. The bids will be publicly opened via a Zoom meeting and in-person on November 20, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., see bid documents for details. Bids remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept a bid which, in the board of

Education’s judgement, is in the best

interest of the school district. The Board reserves the right to award in whole or in part.
