NOTICE TO

BIDDERS

The Board of Education of the Salamanca City Central School District, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for:

“Hazmat Testing 2026-012”

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., February 25, 2026, at the Salamanca City Central School District-50 Iroquois Drive, Salamanca, NY 14779. The bids will be publicly opened in-person on February 26, 2026, at 1:00 P.M., see bid documents for details. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the internet on the website – www.salamancany.org/page/rfp. Or you may request the information by emailing dcloud@tcco.com.

Bids remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept a bid which, in the board of

Education’s judgement, is in the best interest of the school district. The Board reserves the right to award in whole or in part.
