BIDDERS

The Allegany County Department of Public Works will receive sealed bids on May 2, 2025, until 10:00 a.m. At that time, bids will be opened in Room 210, County Office Building, Belmont, New York on the following items:

One (1) New 2025 Tri-axle Axle Dump Truck with Dump Body Specifications and bid forms are available for download at www.alleganyco.

gov ; click on Public Works Department. They are also available at the Office of the Superintendent of Public Works, 7 Court Street, Room 210, County Office Building, Belmont, New York.

The Allegany County Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award the bid determined to be in the best

interest of the County.
