NOTICE OF ZBA MEETING

The Town Allegany Zoning Board of Appeals will be having a meeting on Tuesday July 14 at 5:00pm to further discuss the request for a Use Variance Renewal by Gary M. Segrue / Diamon Building Corp./ Sage Luxury Estate to develop the vacant lot on Cranberry Road, Allegany, NY 14706, SBL# 94.003-2-15.1.

This is not a Public Hearing, but a Zoning Board meeting that is open to the public. Like any town meeting, the public can attend without verbal feedback, unless otherwise directed by the Chairperson.
