NOTICE OF THE

2026 ADOPTED TOWN BUDGET

FOR THE TOWN OF CARROLLTON

The Town of Carrollton Board Adopted the 2026 Final Budget on November 6th, 2025 at a Special Meeting directly following the Public Hearing at 6:00PM, at the Municipal Building, 641 Main Street, Limestone, NY. A copy of the 2026 Final Budget is available in the Town Clerks Office for inspection during regular business hours, and on the Town Website: carrolltonny.gov by any interested persons. Pursuant to Section 113 of the Town Laws the salaries of the Town Officials were adopted as follows:

Town Supervisor: $10,715.00/year

Town Board

Members: (3) at $2,916.00 each/year

Deputy Supervisor: $4,244.00/year

Town Justice: (2) at $11,686.00 each/year

Town Highway

Supervisor $59,863.00/year

Water and Sewer District rates were adopted within the 2026 Final Budget as follows: Water and Sewer District 2 bi-monthly rates will increase by 2.5%, with a 15% late fee.

Sewer District 1 monthly rates will increase by 2.5% while remaining at 11-month billing cycle, with a 15% late fee.
