NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Resolution of the Board of the Fire Commissioners, a special election of the qualified voters of the Farmerville Fire Hall, 980 Elton Rd, Farmersville Station, New York on the 14th day of July 2026, between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm to vote of the following

propositions:

PROPOSITION NO. 1

Shall the Resolution adopted by the Farmersville Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners authorizing the purchase of a used 2022Ford 4×4 Mini Pumper Truck and twelve (12) sets of Firefighter Turnout Gear at a total maximum cost of $405, 000 be approved?

PROPOSITION NO. 2

If and only if the foregoing POROPOSTION NO 1 is approved,

Shall the Bond Resolution adopted by the Farmersville Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners authorizing the borrowing of up to $380,000 to pay the cost of purchasing the used 2022 Ford 4×4 Mini Pumper Fire Truck and twelve (12) sets of Firefighter Turnout Gear, be approved?

Those who are qualified to vote on the aforesaid

propositions are

qualified voters who shall have resided in the Farmersville Fire District for 30 days next to proceeding the date of such election.
