TAKE NOTICE, That I Julie Jones, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Clarksville and the State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collections of taxes within the Town of Clarksville for the year 2026,and that I will attend at 2980 School Street, in the said Town of Clarksville from January 1,2026 to April 1, 2026

during the hours of 4:30-6:30 pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and Saturday 9am-12 noon ( during January and

February only)

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before either of the following dates: January 31, 2026, or the 30th day from the date of receipt of the tax roll and warrant, whichever is later without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of 1 Percent February 1 St-February 28,2026, 2 Percent interest from March 1,2026 to March 31 st, 2026. In accordance with county regulation, reminder notices will be mailed after March 15th with an additional $ 1.00 fee to be added to the total amount due.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Clarksville will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of

Allegany on the 1st day of April,2026.
