Notice is hereby given that

Catherine Wilkison has applied to the Village of Allegany Zoning Board of Appeals for an Area Variance for the property located at 33 Oak Street in a R-2, Village Residential district. The owner wants to

install a second driveway designated for medical personnel. This

application refers to Local Law #1-2008, Art. IX, Section 9.7 (H)Driveway

Regulations.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Thursday May 21, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Village of Allegany Municipal Building, 106 East Main St., Allegany, NY to hear all interested persons. Information about the application may be obtained at the
