Notice is hereby given that Nine Mile Properties have

applied to the

Village of Allegany Zoning Board of Appeals for an Area Variance for the property located at 12, 14 and 16 Oak Street in a R-2,

Village Residential district. The owner wants change the road frontage of each property. This application refers to Local Law #1-2008, Art. VII, Table 7.2, Table of Dimensional Regulations.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Thursday May 20, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Village of Allegany Municipal Building, 106 East Main St., Allegany, NY to hear all interested persons. Information about the application may be obtained at the
