A public hearing will be held on October 7, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Horn Room of the Village, 1 Schuyler Street, Belmont, NY. The hearing is to consider a Use Variance request by Michael Pineiro for erecting a fence at his property at 76 South Street, Belmont. This request will vary from the requirements as laid out in Section 302.00 (1) and (4) of Local Law #1 of 2024. All interested parties are Invited to attend.
