PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Belmont on the 16th day of February, 2026 at 7:15 PM in the Horn Room at the Town and Village Hall, 1 Schuyler Street, Belmont, New York regarding the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2026 of the Village of Belmont for the year 2026 Authorizing a Property Tax Levy in Excess of the Limit Established in General Municipal Law §3-C in the Village of Belmont. Any resident of the Village of Belmont is entitled to be heard on said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available at the Village Clerk’s Office.
