REVISED Notice is hereby given that the Village of

Allegany Board of Trustees will have a

public hearing to discuss proposed Local Law 1-2026 “Noise Mitigation Law” to amend and update Local Law 3-2024 by excluding commercial

establishments within the B1 and B2 Zoning Districts to the law. A copy of the proposed Local Law 1-2026 is available at the

Village of

Allegany Municipal Building. The

Village of Allegany Board of Trustees will meet Monday, January 5, 2026 at 4:00pm at the Village of Allegany Municipal Building 106 E Main Street, Allegany NY to hear all interested persons.
