NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Olean Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing for a Special Area Use permit requested by Todd and Joni

Oliver of 2579 Back Hinsdale Road, Olean, NY 14760, SBL# 85.004-1-24. The applicant is

requesting a

variance to build a second home on their property for an elderly family

member.

The Public Hearing will be held at the Town of Olean Town Hall, 2634 Route 16N, Olean, NY 14760, on

Saturday, July 25, 2026 beginning at 9:00am. All

interested people are invited to

attend.

The application can be viewed at the Town of Olean Town Hall prior to the Hearing during the Clerk’s Regular Office hours, being Monday,

Wednesday, and Friday form 9:00 am until 1:00pm. All interested persons will be given an

opportunity to be heard in person or by directing comments in writing to the Town of Olean Zoning Board of Appeals, 2634 Route 16N, Olean, NY 14760, or via email to

TownofOleanClerk@gmail.com. Written comments must be received before 1:00 p.m. on the Friday before the Public Hearing. All reasonable accommodation will be made for persons with disabilities.
