PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Allegany Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on November 10, 2025, at 5:30 at the Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, regarding the Site Plan Review for Kinley Contractors LLC. They are planning on demolishing the old house on their property at 2934 West 5 Mile Road (93.002-2-2) and put a 60ft x 160ft pre-engineered steel building, driveway, parking lot, stormwater controls and on lot sanitary.
