Pursuant to Section 303-b of the Agricultural and Markets Law.

The County Legislature will meet at the Legislative Chambers, County Office Building, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York on the 22nd day of April, 2026 at 5:01 p.m. for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing

entitled “Requests for Inclusion into a Certified

Agricultural District of Agricultural

Parcels Submitted during the 2026

Thirty-Day

Inclusion Period”.
