PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE

NOTICE, that the Village of Cuba Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a

Public Hearing on the 20th day of

July 2026, at the Village Hall of the Village of

Cuba at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the application for a use variance from Light Industrial – Jones Memorial Hospital to construct a new one-story building which will include associated site work such as parking, sidewalks,

utilities. etc. The construction will also include the interior build-out of a new medical facility (4,400 SF) at 19 Center St to serve the local community

in the Village of Cuba in reference to preserve, protect and promote the public health, comfort, convenience, safety,

welfare, and peace and quiet of the

Village of Cuba and it’s inhabitants.
