NOTICE, that the Village of Cuba Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a

Public Hearing on the 30th day of March 2026, at the Village Hall of the Village of

Cuba at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the application for construction of an detached garage and it’s setbacks on an existing concrete pad from a former garage at 4 Union St in the Village of Cuba in reference to preserve, protect and promote the public health, comfort, convenience, safety, welfare, and peace and quiet of the Village of Cuba and it’s inhabitants.
