PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Cuba Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on the 9th day of February, 2026, at 17 East Main St., The Village of Cuba Hall, at 6:00 p.m. in the Boardroom for the purpose of discussing Local Law- 1-2026 A Local Law to amend Article IV of Chapter 195 of the Cuba Village Code to require lockout mechanisms accessible to the Village for water meters in multi-family residential properties. The

purpose of this Local Law is to ensure proper management of municipal water services within multi-family residential properties by requiring the installation of accessible water line lockout mechanisms. These requirements are intended to protect municipal utility operations, promote payment compliance, and prevent the theft of services
