Notice is hereby given that Dennis and Cindy Peterson have applied to the Planning Board of the Village of

Allegany for a special use permit to operate a Bar/Tavern at the property located at 63 South 7th St., Allegany, NY in an I-1 Industrial District. This application refers to Village of Allegany Zoning Laws

August 11, 2008, Article VII, Section 7.1 (G) I-1 Industrial District; #4

Special Permitted Uses.

The Planning Board will meet Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Village Municipal Building, 106 East Main St., Allegany, NY to hear all

interested persons.

More information may be obtained at the Village Municipal Building during regular business hours.
