Notice is hereby given that the

Planning Board of the Village of Allegany will be meeting to approve the site plan for Weitsman Allegany Realty, LLC (Ben Weitsman) at 34-36 West Union Street as per Village of Allegany Zoning Local Law.

The Public Hearing of the Planning Board will meet Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Village Municipal Building, 106 East Main St., Allegany, NY to discuss

renewal.
