PUBLIC HEARING ON THE

PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF OLEAN

Notice is hereby given that the preliminary Budget for the Town of Olean is on file with the Town Clerk where it is available for public inspection during office hours. Further notice is hereby given that the Town of Olean will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 2634 Rt 16 N, on October 21, 2025 at 6:30 PM. Any interested parties can attend to review the budget and comment. The proposed salaries of the following elected officers are as follows: Supervisor: $10,400.00, Justice 1: $11,025.00, Town Clerk: $15,169.00, Town Board: $4,068.75 x 4 = $16,275.00, Hwy Superintendent: $51,000.00. The Town will stay within the 2% Tax Cap.
