PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED REVISIONS TO

AGENCY

UNIFORM TAX

EXEMPTION POLICY

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by Allegany County Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) on

February 4, 2026 at 6:40 o’clock p.m., local time, at the Large Conference Room located at Crossroads

Commerce &

Conference Center, 6087 NYS Route 19N, Suite 100, Belmont, Allegany County, New York, in connection with the following

matters:

Pursuant to Section 874(4)(a) of Title 1 of Article 18-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York (the “Act”), the Agency is required to establish a uniform tax exemption policy (the “Policy”) applicable to the provision of any financial assistance. The Agency has established a Policy, which Policy has been previously amended. The Agency is reviewing the Policy, as amended and considering a second amendment to the Policy, specifically as it relates to solar energy projects and energy storage projects. The Agency desires to solicit input from the affected tax jurisdictions on the Policy and has sent a copy of the notice to such entities. The Agency further desires to solicit input and comments from the public and, accordingly, is holding this public hearing. Copies of the Policy, as amended, will be available to the public at the location of the Public Hearing and on the Allegany County

website: https://www.acida.org/The Agency will complete its revisions to the Policy and will consider any input from the affected tax jurisdictions and general public regarding any proposed changes to the Policy. Subsequent to holding the

Public Hearing, the Agency may determine to authorize changes to the Policy based on the Agency’s review and any input the Agency receives. The Policy and any changes thereto shall comply with the Act.

The Agency will at said time and place hear all persons with views on the review of and any potential revisions to the Policy being contemplated by the Agency.
