PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE TOWN OF NEW HUDSON, AS SET FORTH HEREIN

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of New Hudson, adopted on October 8, 2025, the said Town Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, 8561 CR 41,

Tibbetts Hill Road, Town of New Hudson, on the 5th day of November 2025 at 7:00 o-clock PM, to hear all interested parties regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law No 1of 2025, titled ATax Cap Override Pursuant to General Municipal Law
