NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Little

Valley, adopted on 12th day of January 2026, the Town Board will hold a public hearing:

When: The 9th day of February 2026 at 4:45 p.m.

Where: The Town Hall, 201 Third Street, Little Valley, NY

Why: To hear all

interested persons for or against the adoption of

proposed Local Law 1-2026, which amends residency

requirements for Town Highway
