NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE TOWN OF ALLEGANY

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Allegany will hold a public hearing at the Allegany Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, Town of Allegany, on May 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM, to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of a proposed Local Law to prohibit the siting and development of data

centers within the Town. Further information, including access to a copy of said proposed Local Law, may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, 52 West Main Street, Town of Allegany, New York.
