PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE TOWN OF ALLEGANY

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Allegany will hold a public hearing at the Allegany Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, Town of Allegany, on July 14, 2026, at 6:05 PM, to hear all interested persons regarding the adoption of a proposed Local Law authorizing the Town of

Allegany to implement the changes to the Alternative Veterans Exemption made available under the 2026 New York State Budget. Further information, including access to a copy of said proposed Local Law, may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, 52 West Main Street, Town of Allegany, New York.
