NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Allegany County Board of Legislators in the County Legislative Chambers, Room 221, County Office Building, 7 Court Street, Belmont, New York 14813, on October 22, 2025, commencing at 2:00 p.m. in connection with a proposed local law, entitled " A Local Law Amending Local Law 1-2024 and Local Law 2-2021 Authorizing Young, Licensed Hunters Ages Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) Years to Hunt Deer With A Firearm Or Crossbow During Hunting Season With The Supervision Of A Licensed Adult Hunter.”
