Public Hearing on December 22, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the Village of Franklinville

office, 19 Pennsylvania Ave, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Franklinville and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the

Village Clerk’s

office, 19 Pennsylvania Ave, Franklinville, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time

limitations may be

imposed for each oral statement,

if necessary.
