NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Wirt

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Wirt will hold a Public Hearing on December 8, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the

Town of Wirt Town Hall, 210 Main St., Richburg, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Wirt and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter

Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s office, 210 Main St., Richburg, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time

limitations may be

imposed for each oral statement, if

necessary.
