A report of unclaimed amounts of money has been made to the New York State Comptroller pursuant to the Abandoned Property Law. A list of the names contained in this notice is on file and open to public inspection at the principal office of Cattaraugus County Bank (CCB).
Such unclaimed amounts and other property will be paid or delivered by Cattaraugus County Bank (CCB) on or before October 31, 2026, to persons establishing to its satisfaction their right to
receive the same.
On or before November 10, 2026, or such other date as required by law, any amount remaining
unclaimed will be paid or delivered to the New York State Comptroller. Thereafter, all further claims must be
