The Genesee Township Board of Supervisors will be making a motion to adopt an ordinance entitled:

An Ordinance of Genesee Township 1 of 2026

ADOPTING THE ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN AND AMONG THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE NORTH CENTRAL

REGIONAL ATV TRAIL NETWORK COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS BY REFERENCE AND JOINING SAID COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS.

The proposed

Ordinance is thoroughly summarized in its title as above set forth. Copies of the full text of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection by any citizen at the Township Office located at 120 Hickox Rd. Genesee, PA 16923 during open office hours of Monday-Wednesday 8 am to 2pm.

Said Ordinance will be presented to the Genesee Township Supervisors for final consideration at the Regular Meeting scheduled for March 9th, 6 p.m. at the Township Building. This meeting is open to the public.
