HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessors in the Town of Genesee in Allegany County have completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year; that a copy thereof has been left with the Town Clerk, at the

Genesee Town Hall, 8296 Main Street, Little Genesee, NY where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until the fourth Tuesday in May and that on such day (May 26, 2026) the Board of Assessment

Review of said Town will meet at the Genesee Town Hall, between the hours of 4 pm and 8 pm to hear and examine all complaints, in relation to such assessments, on the

application of any

person believing

himself aggrieved thereby.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that prior to the aforementioned date, the said assessors will be in attendance with said Assessment Roll at the Genesee Town Hall, 8296 Main Street, Little Genesee, NY on the following days and times to hear and file any complaints in relation to said Assessment Roll:

Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 10 am to 2 pm

Wednesday, May 13, 6 from 4 pm to 8 pm

Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 9 am to 1 pm

Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 2 pm to 6 pm
